So I think my search is finally over. I have tried 3 sugar cookie recipes this month and all 3 were different from each other and I personally like all 3 of them but I believe this one is our favorite. I also used a a new recipe for my royal icing which I liked better as well. I'm having fun with this royal icing stuff....I learned a lot the 2nd time through and it tasted much better too just need to work a little more on the flooding consistency maybe the 3rd time around they will be even better. Here is the 3rd recipe I tried for the sugar cookies....they were yummy almost cake like. I never frosted mine but I think they would have been much better frosted.
I made these pig cookies for Ethans 1st b-day party next week!!! Stuck them in the freezer so we will see how they come out when I thaw them :)
